In the winter of 1992, the life of Donald Rodney Price, a Black/African American man, was cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of February 5th, a dispute between rival gang members escalated to a fatal conclusion. Price, along with two associates, had reportedly set fire to a vehicle belonging to a member of an opposing gang.
