On February 5, 1992, 25-year-old Donald Rodney Price was killed in a violent altercation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Price and two associates had been involved in a dispute with rival gang members, which escalated when they set fire to a vehicle belonging to one of their rivals. After setting the car ablaze, Price and his group fled the scene in their vehicle, leading to a brief pursuit. During this chase, gunfire was exchanged, and Price was fatally shot.
