In the late spring of 1910, a dedicated male patrolman, Frank Weber, lost his life in the line of duty in Louisville, Kentucky. At 35 years of age, he had been serving on the police force for about five months. The fatal incident unfolded on a Sunday, May 22nd, when Patrolman Weber and his partner were walking their beat.
