In the quiet town of Horse Cave, Kentucky, the morning of August 7, 2016, was shattered by a grim discovery. Ronald Dale West, a 39-year-old White male, was found deceased in his home on Margaret Street. A family member made the devastating find around 9:30 AM and immediately alerted the authorities.
