In the small community of Topmost, Kentucky, a violent encounter on a Friday evening led to the death of 50-year-old Carlos Collins. On July 10, 2015, authorities were called to a residence around 8 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Investigators determined that Collins had been shot at the home.
