Jacob Loeffler, a 26-year-old resident of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2020, in Garfield, Kentucky. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:35 AM, when local law enforcement was alerted to a possible shooting.
