Amber Lockard, a 31-year-old resident of Huddy, Kentucky, tragically passed away on March 27, 2018, after being critically injured in a shooting incident on March 23, 2018. The incident occurred near an abandoned strip mine in Warfield, Martin County, Kentucky. Lockard was one of three victims found at the scene.
