In the early morning hours of Saturday, December 10, 2022, a grim discovery was made in the Russell neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. Officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department were dispatched to the 1500 block of West Chestnut Street around 8 a.m. following a report of a man down inside a vehicle. Upon their arrival, they found 32-year-old Roderick Moss Jr. unresponsive.
