In the autumn of 2015, a young Black / African American man's life was cut short in Wichita, Kansas. David Ingram, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of October 15, 2015. The incident unfolded in a vehicle in the 1100 block of South Terrace, near Lincoln and Oliver.
