In the autumn of 2015, a young Black / African American man's life was cut short in Wichita, Kansas. David Ingram, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of October 15, 2015. The incident unfolded in a vehicle in the 1100 block of South Terrace, near Lincoln and Oliver. Ingram, in the company of his girlfriend, had arranged to sell narcotics to two men they had just picked up.
