In the warm evening of Sunday, June 19, 2016, the life of 24-year-old Hispanic male Ramon Minjares-Garcia was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Kansas. A citizen of the Mexican state of Chihuahua, Minjares-Garcia was in the 1700 block of Central Avenue when he was struck by multiple gunshots.
