In the early hours of a Monday morning, on January 11, 2016, the life of 33-year-old Irvan W. Cole, a Black male from Kansas City, Kansas, was tragically cut short. He was discovered shot to death just before 2 a.m. in the 4000 block of Fisher Street. At the time of the incident, police urged anyone with information to come forward and contact the TIPS Hotline.
