On the evening of Thursday, March 30, 2017, Shelton Maseo Estell, a 34-year-old Black male, was found shot to death in Kansas City, Kansas. The discovery was made around 6 p.m. in the 2200 block of Glendale Avenue, where Estell was located in the street.
