In the spring of 2018, the life of 40-year-old Addrin Coats, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter that also claimed the lives of two other men. On the morning of April 2nd, police were dispatched to a duplex on Tenny Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, after a woman reported a disturbing scene.
