On a Tuesday afternoon in Kansas City, Kansas, on August 28, 2018, a street altercation tragically cut short the life of 41-year-old Antwaen D. Reliford. The Black / African American man was involved in an argument near the intersection of 11th Street and Freeman Avenue that escalated to gunfire.
