In the quiet hours of a December evening in Kansas City, Kansas, a life was tragically cut short. Gregory Stallings, a 58-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot on December 20, 2020. His body was discovered by police the following evening, around 6:30 p.m., in the 2500 block of North 18th Street, prompting a homicide investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department.
