On the evening of April 1, 2019, a burst of violence shattered the night at a Kansas City, Kansas, apartment complex, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Todd Walker, a 21-year-old Black male, was found shot multiple times in the 2100 block of Silver Court. The fatal shooting occurred at approximately 9:20 p.m.
