In the early morning hours of July 17, 2016, the life of 22-year-old Jacob Comstock, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Kansas. At approximately 4:30 a.m., police were dispatched to the 200 block of North Eighth Street after receiving reports of gunfire in the area. Upon their arrival, they discovered Comstock outside, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
