Javier Ambriz Garcia, a 54-year-old male, was riding westbound through the dark, early-morning hours of Christmas Eve 2016 when gunfire tore into the SUV he was in on Interstate 70 in Kansas City, Kansas. The shooting happened just west of the state line at around 3 a.m., turning a routine drive into chaos as bullets struck both occupants. The driver, 59-year-old Socorro Olivas, and Ambriz were mortally wounded before the vehicle crashed against a bridge and came to a stop in the roadway. Moment ...
