On the night of November 7, 2016, a 34-year-old man, Jeffery C. Wing, was found inside a vehicle in the 3100 block of Minnesota Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. He had been shot and was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The incident occurred at approximately 11:15 p.m.
