On a tragic evening in Kansas City, Kansas, the life of 26-year-old Hispanic male Jeremy Rocha was cut short in a violent encounter that also claimed the lives of two others. On May 9, 2017, police were called to a residence in the 1900 block of South Boeke Street, where they discovered a grim scene.
