On the evening of May 30, 2020, a tragic event unfolded on the North 57th Street exit ramp from westbound Interstate 70 in Kansas City, Kansas, forever altering the lives of a local family. Anthony Michael Johnson, a 38-year-old Black / African American man, was found inside a vehicle, having succumbed to fatal gunshot wounds. Alongside him was his wife, 41-year-old Talisha Fay Johnson, who had also been fatally shot. The couple, residents of Overland Park, were discovered by police around 8:50 ...
