On a late Saturday afternoon in Kansas City, Kansas, on June 20, 2020, the life of 31-year-old Vincent Locke, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. Police were dispatched to a residence near North 48th Street and Richmond Avenue around 4:38 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
