On a cold January morning in 2018, the quiet streets of Kansas City, Kansas, were disturbed by a grim discovery. Gerald W. Walsh, a 56-year-old Caucasian male, was found inside his pickup truck near 10th and Montana, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The truck had slowly drifted to a stop in the middle of 10th Street after the shooting.
