In the Strawberry Hill neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, on the afternoon of November 8, 2024, the life of 21-year-old Daniel Thur came to a violent end. At approximately 5 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of North 6th Street and Splitlog Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene. Thur had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a male.
