On October 5, 2024, at approximately 1:10 a.m., Kansas City, Kansas, police officers responded to reports of a shooting near Barnett Avenue and North Fifth Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 35-year-old Terry D. Moore Jr. lying in the roadway with apparent gunshot wounds. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
