On a cold November evening in 2016, the life of 46-year-old Santiago Alan Munoz, a male resident of Kansas City, Kansas, was tragically cut short. On Sunday, November 27th, at approximately 9:40 p.m., police responded to a call concerning a deceased person on a bridge near 12th Street and Ruby Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Munoz's body; he had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
