On February 23, 2014, Daniel Calvin Short, aged 36, was tragically shot and killed in the 400 block of Florida Avenue, NE, Washington, DC, at approximately 3:29 am. Daniel had been enjoying a night out with friends and was shot shortly after leaving a club. The Metropolitan Police Department sought the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
