On the evening of Thursday, February 26, 2015, a distressing discovery was made behind the Orange Market located at 8843 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. A 39-year-old man, Joshua James Bartley, was found injured and unresponsive at approximately 7:44 p.m. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, and he was quickly transported to John C. Lincoln hospital for medical attention.
