On the evening of September 17, 2022, a tragic discovery was made in Phoenix, Arizona, that cut short the life of 19-year-old Joshua Fletcher. The young White male was found inside a vehicle that had crashed into a dirt mound near 83rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
