In the early morning hours of August 22, 2021, the life of 16-year-old Erick Daniel Rodriguez was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. A Hispanic/Latino male, Erick was leaving a party near Cave Creek Road and Greenway Parkway that was being dispersed by law enforcement. It was in the moments after his departure from the gathering that he was fatally shot.
