Fantasia Williams, a 30-year-old resident of Muskogee, Oklahoma, tragically passed away on November 29, 2016. Her death was the result of a violent incident that has left the community in shock and mourning. According to reports, Fantasia was found deceased in a car at a house in Tullahassee, Oklahoma. The discovery was made after Muskogee police received a tip from a citizen who suspected a shooting had occurred.
