In the early hours of April 27, 1992, Harold Drury, a 52-year-old clerk at an AM-PM convenience store in Phoenix, Arizona, was tragically murdered during a robbery. Around 1:00 a.m., a man later identified as 19-year-old Chad Lee entered the store under the pretense of purchasing cigarettes.
