In the fall of 2017, a dispute in a Phoenix alleyway tragically escalated, leading to the death of David Allen Setterberg. On the morning of Saturday, October 7, 2017, at approximately 9:40 a.m., Setterberg was involved in an argument with an unidentified man and woman.
