On July 9, 2021, at approximately 11:00 PM, Willie Lorenzo Parker III, aged 45, was tragically shot and killed in the 1400 block of 41st Street, SE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
