In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Washington, D.C., the sound of gunshots shattered the night, tragically ending the life of 17-year-old Quentin Brown. On April 24, 2024, at approximately 10:45 p.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 2300 block of Ainger Place, Southeast, following reports of a shooting.
