On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at approximately 10:45 p.m., a fatal shooting occurred in the Southeast area of Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District officers responded to the 2300 block of Ainger Place, Southeast, following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they found a 17-year-old male, later identified as Quentin Brown, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
