In the early morning hours of August 1, 2005, the life of Launell Hall, a male resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. At approximately 3:55 a.m., in the 1600 block of Lyman Place, Northeast, Hall was shot. He succumbed to his wounds at the scene.
