In the spring of 2023, a violent encounter in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C., ended the life of 36-year-old Orlando Galloway. On the evening of Sunday, April 2nd, police responded to a report of an assault in an apartment in the 200 block of 14th Street SE. Inside, they discovered a grim scene.
