Death by Force

On March 15, 2015, at approximately 4:53 AM, David Troy Simmons, aged 32, was tragically shot to death in the 2300 block of Hartford Street, SE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
