In the early morning hours of Sunday, March 15, 2015, violence erupted in the 2300 block of Hartford Street, SE in Washington, D.C., leaving one man dead and another wounded. Responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 4:53 a.m., Metropolitan Police Department officers discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
