In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of Richard Hendrix, a 32-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On June 7, 2023, at approximately 1:36 a.m., law enforcement and emergency services responded to a call about an unconscious person in a residential building located in the 4000 block of 3rd Street, Southeast.
