In the winter of 2014, a young man's life was cut tragically short on a Friday afternoon in Southeast Washington, D.C. Twenty-one-year-old Marcus Minor, a Black male from Northeast D.C., was found on January 24th in the 1300 block of Stevens Road, Southeast, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
