On a Monday afternoon, March 14, 2022, violence shattered the day in the 700 block of 13th Street, Southeast in Washington, D.C. It was here that 62-year-old Antwan Brown and another man, 22-year-old Antoine Jenkins, were shot. The incident occurred at approximately 3:21 p.m., prompting a swift response from the First District officers of the Metropolitan Police Department.
