On a Tuesday afternoon, March 28, 2017, the life of 31-year-old Antwan Jones of Arlington, VA, was cut short in a burst of violence. At approximately 3:45 p.m., officers from the Seventh District of the Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 2100 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast, for a report of a shooting. While on their way, they discovered a car crash at the intersection of Stanton Road and Alabama Avenue, Southeast.
