In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of 20-year-old Christopher Ian Adams was tragically cut short. On March 12, 2015, at approximately 1:33 a.m., Adams was shot and killed while inside his car at the intersection of 8th and Jefferson Streets in the Northwest quadrant of the city.
