In the late hours of a Monday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Clarence Skrine, a 25-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On April 13, 2020, at approximately 11:20 p.m., the sounds of gunshots pierced the night in the 700 block of Longfellow Street, Northwest, in the Brightwood Park neighborhood.
