On a Sunday afternoon in Washington, D.C., the life of 75-year-old Miguel Romero was tragically cut short. On March 1, 2020, at approximately 2:02 p.m., the sounds of gunshots echoed in the 4900 block of Nash Street, Northeast, prompting a swift response from the Sixth District of the Metropolitan Police Department.
