On September 24, 2018, Marquiawn Williams, a 25-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred at approximately 7:33 pm in the 1800 block of Benning Road, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
