In the early morning hours of June 20, 2024, a verbal dispute between two men in Northeast Washington, D.C., escalated into a fatal encounter. Outside an apartment building in the 4400 block of Hunt Place, 21-year-old Marcellus Jackson was engaged in an argument with 32-year-old Antonio Johnson.
