In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Southeast Washington, the life of 56-year-old Michael Evans of Clinton, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On April 4, 2023, at approximately 12:45 a.m., officers from the Sixth District responded to a report of a shooting in the 600 block of 46th Place, Southeast.
