New Mexico State Police confirm death of man questioned in homicide
The New Mexico State Police is releasing more information about a man who was a person of interest a homicide investigation. Mark D. Spence, 55, of Chama, was found dead Thursday. State police said Spence was wanted for questioning in the death of Michael Moats, 29, of Chama. Moats was found dead Wednesday by the Chama Marshal’s Office inside a local business. Investigators have not said how Moats died. State police said th ...
