Death by Force

On June 30, 2014, at approximately 12:30 AM, Darryl Delonta Jacobs, aged 23, was shot and killed at the intersection of 19th and H Streets, NE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) immediately launched an investigation and sought the public's assistance in gathering information regarding the incident.
