On February 9, 2022, Harold James, a 66-year-old resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., tragically lost his life due to an accidental shooting. The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. in his apartment located in the 2300 block of Good Hope Road SE. Harold James was lying in bed when a bullet struck him in the leg.
